His track record demonstrates P&L impact at scale. At Amazon, he led 150+ person engineering organizations for Prime Video and the Android Appstore. He scaled GolfNow from early stage to North America's largest golf reservation platform driving $120M in revenue. Through multiple post-acquisition integrations—including Trax Retail's integration of Shopkick ($57M revenue business)—he's consolidated redundant systems while maintaining operational continuity.

This pattern recognition led to Valena's founding insight: every scaled organization faces the same software portfolio complexity, but few have the operational expertise to optimize without disruption. Having managed enterprise-scale SaaS deployments across media, e-commerce, and consumer technology, Dima knows which consolidations deliver value versus those that break critical systems.
